INTRODUCTION
KASHMIR! It is the valley of paradise. If I say, during this time the sentence is wrong that KASHMIR is the valley of heaven. It was a valley before the partition but now and for the past 75 years it has become the land of martyrs.
Its peaks and beautiful land covered with dark green grass always looked attractive and caused eye attraction... But now INDIAN OCCUPIED KASHMIR has become the crying valley in which every member of a family in every society is crying for their right and freedom.
FREEDOM! my respected reader does you know the meaning of freedom? It is one of the best blessings from our GOD to us, but we do not take it seriously. Go and ask the people of JAMMU & KASHMIR which are under the control of INDIA ask from them that what FREEDOM is.
This issue has been a source of tension for both Asian countries India and Pakistan for many years, and it shows no signs of resolving anytime soon. SITUATION of KASHMIR Nowadays

Before writing this article, I watched all videos of Kashmiri people, how they were tortured and how they were killed. My respected readers when I was watching the videos in which KASHMIRIS were facing cruelty and excess, they were crying for justice but unfortunately, there is no humanity has remained in India. They are playing holly with the blood of Kashmiris. They have forgotten that life also exists in KASHMIR.
I am sure that you have not seen such YouTube, Twitter and Facebook videos in your life, which I am going to share with you in this article. Since YouTube and Facebook are the most famous social media platforms, most of the world's population is attracted to these platforms.
Everyone has easy access to any topic they want to follow. Some KASHMIR (MAQBUZA KASHMIR) videos which are available on popular platforms are deleted as these platforms have the most views. And India always hides and covers the injustice done to KASHMIRIS from the world. Therefore, India immediately orders to delete those videos that directly or indirectly show the reality. There are many videos available on the internet in which it is clear that Muslim girls are being tortured by Indian forces.
Some videos are available on the internet about the Kashmir dispute, but they do not show the reality, they only discuss the history of Kashmir and then upload clips about the beauty of Kashmir. In the end, they just show some young people shouting and saying, "Ham lay kay Rhey ga Azadi" and "Kashmir Bany ga Pakistan". You can easily check YouTube channels which upload KASHMIRIS videos but do not show the reality of the Indian army putting pressure on Kashmiri people. And the top channels of these types are BBC, VOA etc.

Pakistan is not interested in the land but curious about the people of Kashmir in India. Pakistan wants the Kashmiri people's freedom and to see them in peace that's all. If Pak wanted land, then why Pakistan accepted Raja Hari Singh's proposal of a Stand-still agreement, but India rejected it? According to that agreement Kashmir will be an independent state means it is not under the control of India or Pakistan. Kashmir will be a free state. The fact of KASHMIR is that India controls about 55% of the land area which includes Jammu, Kashmir Valley, most of Ladakh and the Siachen Glacier. I ask from you my readers, has humanity been wiped out in the Indian army why do they shoot small children why do they target the youth of J/K? Do you know what the people of KASHMIR do in protests, they only throw stones and pebbles, and they just say that "We want Freedom!" "Ham Lay Kay Rhey Gay...Azadi" that's it but the dogs of India reply with bullets and shelling and even with the pilot guns. I think the Indian Army is afraid of stones thrown by the hands of youth and children, stones are more harmful to them that's why the dogs of India reply with bullets.
When you look at the situation in Kashmir, it's easy to see why it's considered a human rights disaster. For decades, the people of Kashmir have been living under military occupation, and they've been subjected to all sorts of human rights abuses.
Indian forces have been accused of torture, rape, and murder, and the government has done little to nothing to hold them accountable. In fact, they've often tried to cover up these crimes. The situation in Kashmir is a ticking time bomb, and it's only a matter of time before it explodes.
The people of INDIAN OCCUPIED KASHMIR are not alone some parties of KASHMIR led them they raise the voice of the common KASHMRI person to the world and in India. They speak for the people of the valley. There are many groups and parties in KASHMIR named Hurriyat.
These parties and groups have a different point of thinking some groups say that we want to become a part of Pakistan, some says that we want an independent state, and some says that we want to remain a part of India.
So, what the Hurriyat is? Hurriyat is a group of 26 political, religious and social organizations formed on 9 March 1993. The word Hurriyat means Freedom, Liberty, and Independence. So Hurriyat leaders are those persons who work for the Independence of KASHMIRIS and they are representatives of people who live in Jammu and Kashmir. The founder of Hurriyat is Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and the Headquarters is in Srinagar.
According to the Hurriyat Group, (J&K) is a disputed territory and India's control of it is unfair. It supports the Pakistani claim that Kashmir is the "unfinished agenda of Partition" and needs to be solved "as per the aspirations of the people of Jammu and Kashmir."
There are currently two sections of the Hurriyat Conference led by Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Syed Ali Shah Geelani.
They are called freedom fighters said local Kashmiris. They have a front known as JKLF (Jammu and Kashmir liberational front).

Well, let's take a look at what the UN has to say about it. In a resolution passed in 1948, the UN stated that the people of Kashmir had the right to self-determination. And yet, India has refused to give the people of Kashmir that right.
In fact, India has been illegally occupying Kashmir for all these years. It's time for India to finally give up its claim on Kashmir and let the people of Kashmir decide their own future.

In interviews, people asked PAKISTAN to come forward and raise their voices to help us. In India, the political leaders say that KASHMIR is our issue, not the issue of PAKISTAN but the UNITED NATION RESOLUTION has said that it is not an Indian issue, so what India says about it?
The real situation of J&K can be assessed only by hearing the voices of the common people. But this is not the proper way. The best way to solve this problem is for the Indian government should take several meetings with the Hurriyat Groups and ask their sentiment to solve this issue also Indians should also give their opinion on solving the problem. After this Pakistan should also give its view to both the Indian government and Hurriyat Groups irrespective of any enmity with India. India and Pakistan then compare their opinions and select the right one which will be suitable for both the countries and the people of Kashmir and sign an agreement 🤝 of Peace 🕊️ that's it.
Killing will no longer be a way to provide an efficient solution to the Kashmir issue. This is not the solution to the problem. It's the right of the Kashmiris to decide what they want for their future. Give them that right, that's the only fair solution. And if you are not bothered by what is fair then the alternative is to go with the powerful and war then this will be a way to find who is stronger and the issue will also be solved.
